Snappy Rent A Car and General Rent A Car were sold or shut down in nineteen ninety-three to nineteen ninety-four. The company has over six hundred locations throughout the world, mostly franchised. Some locations are owned through the company directly. The company primarily rents Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep vehicles even though some of the franchise businesses feature more widely known brands such as Mazda, Nissan and Toyota.
